Shipping Policies 

All orders are shipped via fedex from our warehouse in Quintana Roo. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please note that we are not responsible for any items lost, stolen or damaged due to any failure of the parcel service. 

                              

International deliveries

Standard shipping is calculated at checkout and is based on the items in your cart. Upon receipt of shipments, it is the customer's responsibility to pay any import and customs duties and fees incurred as a result of the shipment. 

                                                

Processing and delivery times

Orders are generally shipped from our warehouse in Quintana Roo and are delivered to the FedEx company, which will estimate the delivery days depending on your location and whether it is a national or international shipment, for which we ask that once generated your purchase is pending your order through the tracking number that will be given to you. 

                                         

Return policy 

None of our products can be returned since we, Rosalía Tzunun, guarantee the quality of the garment, and that in the shipping process the garment will be duly protected so that it does not suffer damage during the trip since they are handmade and high quality made with fine materials, for this reason we cannot accept returns as their integrity may be compromised. Therefore, the purchase of the products is under the responsibility of the client, taking as support the specifications mentioned in each garment.
